There, he achieved academic excellence with a major in Engineering Management and showed his competitive spirit as a Division I soccer player. Following his military service, he transitioned to a career in New York City as a Construction Project Manager, where he honed his skills in managing complex projects and leading teams.
Leveraging his experience, Justin then took on a consulting role working on various government projects, and providing valuable insights and solutions to various initiatives. Today, he is excited to embark on a new venture and exciting journey with MCRENA, a company dedicated to delivering exceptional services and fostering positive change in the community. With a strong foundation in leadership and commitment to excellence, Justin aims to make MCRENA a trusted name in the industry.

His passion for athletics, particularly soccer, has been a constant throughout his life. He was fortunate to continue his athletic journey by playing soccer at the prestigious Northwestern University, where he earned a degree in Communication Sciences.
After completing his undergraduate studies, Joe pursued a Master’s of Science in Management at Fairfield University, expanding his knowledge and skill set in the business sector. With a background that combines practical construction experience and academic prowess, Joe brings a unique perspective to the industry.
Driven by hard work and entrepreneurial spirit, Joe is now focused on applying his diverse experiences to enhance operations and foster growth within the business landscape.

Andrew is a proud graduate of Rutgers University, where he completed his IT degree, laying the foundation for a successful career in technology.
After gaining valuable experience at Merrill Lynch in New York City, Andrew contributed his expertise to Dell Technologies, where he further developed his knowledge and skills in the IT sector. Concurrently with his corporate roles, he partnered with an IT consulting firm, providing tailored solutions to clients across various industries.
